(1) When requesting for filling up of vacant civil service posts, the authority shall send the form as per schedule-1 to the Central Office of the Commission in the case of gazetted posts and to the relevant regional or zonal offices of the Commission in the case of non-gazetted posts. (2) When requesting to fill a post according to sub-rule (1), in the case of non-gazetted posts, the request should be made twice a year for the filling of vacant posts until mid-June and mid-April every year.
